Hi! My name is Lauren Lehsten and I have been a personal trainer since 2019 . Fitness has truly changed my life and I am so excited to work together to share my passion for it with you.

My favorite thing about a workout is how it can completely change the trajectory of your day. Countless times I “haven’t felt like it” but put my feelings aside and continued to show up for myself. I have never regretted moving my body. My hope with my personalized training and programs is to help spread this mindset. Building momentum in your life by doing hard things in the gym that make your mind and your body stronger.
